Day 1 Evening — Welcome Reception & Dinner

Smart Casual

A relaxed look, ranging from sweaters, to blazers with trousers, to dresses. No ties please!

Day 2 Daytime — General Session

Business Casual

Professional yet comfortable. Collared shirts, blouses, slacks, dresses or smart skirts. Layers recommended as conference rooms may be cool. Comfortable shoes suggested, as you will be moving around the estate as part of the breakout sessions.

Day 2 Evening — Cocktails & Dinner

Resort Elegant

Think wine country dinner party — elevated but not formal. Cocktail dresses, sport coats, tailored separates.

General Tips

• Bring a light jacket or shawl for cool evenings outdoors

• Comfortable shoes recommended — the resort grounds are expansive

• Sunglasses and a hat for any outdoor vineyard activities
